Team Leadership

Team Leadership is designed to produce a breakthrough in the ability of a working team to effectively deliver concrete results. Our approach is based on the recognition that people are capable of achieving much more than they normally do. We help  identify the foundational attitudes of the ways people limit themselves -- in their individual performance and in the effectiveness of their working relationships with teammates. By exploring these limiting belief systems, we identify the sources of ineffective team performance and shift to belief systems that generate high team performance. We have processes to strengthen each individual's willingness and ability to deal with conflict, and to create an environment where difficult issues are handled effectively by the team. Team members learn to resolve the key communication and interpersonal issues that affect the productivity of the team.

Often a crisis is needed for a sense of teamwork to appear. Through our Team Leadership learning process your group develops advanced knowledge about how to develop their leadership in relationship to one another as a team, without the need of a crisis. Team member differences become the primary source for innovation and excellence, and everyone becomes accountable for the achievements of the whole organization because each person participates 100% of the time. Team members examine their automatic perceptions of each other and through profound dialogues create breakthroughs in relationships with one another. A deep sense of fellowship and personal accountability is the result for teams who attend this process.

Team Leadership is unique in its design and delivery. The program is based on an integration of several highly effective individual and organizational development systems. This powerful combination of tools creates an impact that is not available within any other single discipline. This 3.5 day intervention creates the relationships critical for a high performance team.

Team Leadership is an intensive off-site workshop for groups of up to 15 participants, facilitated by two instructors. The agenda includes day and evening activities, which the participants are asked to accommodate. Each Team Leadership service is customized to fit the needs of your team.
