SelecSys Education

With our SelecSys Education program each participant learns how to utilize the full suite of SelecSys Hiring and Management technologies. Each participant will become a highly successful interviewer utilizing the insights gained from the Selection.expert System, and using behavior-based interviewing -- which is 200% to 400% more effective than traditional hiring methods. They will also learn how their personal communications style affects their effectiveness as an interviewer. This course will leave participants grounded in the skills of behavior-based interviewing and coaching. We integrate the SelecSys Communication Profiles into a comprehensive interviewing process.

The principles and research behind SelecSys have been known for years.  But unlike some other studies designed to pinpoint defects, the SelecSys System draws on the  reaction of normal people, and present each individual's unique behavioral traits in a positive way. Each person reacts to his or her environment differently, and our programs focus on each individual's positive qualities. By capitalizing on an individual's strengths, the SelecSys System helps organizations become more productive, more quickly

Through SelecSys you will be able to hire without the guesswork.
