Whether your experience involved team sports, a debating team, or a new-technologies research team, you were probably not aware of the actual process of building your team. When asked the reasons for their success, most team members say, "It just happened."

Planning a Behavior Based Team Building process builds the momentum needed to create a team in which everyone wants to belong as well as excel. The Behavior Based Team Building course is designed to ensure greater team effectiveness through skill transferal, based on the four stages of team development.  Essential to the process is a Team Analysis geared to knowing, understanding and appreciating each individual team member. This two day team building process brings out and explores unexamined characteristics of each individual's communication style, and how the team will interact together. The team  will develop and practice their ability to resolve conflicts quickly and effectively. The purpose of this program is to create a high performance team.
